We will ask you to provide information when you place an order. That
information includes some or all of the following: your name, a company
name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information.
We also maintain a record of your purchases online. If you ship your
order to an address different from your billing address, we will ask you
to enter the "ship to" name and address.
The next time you order online, just enter your e-mail address and
password. Your name and address will be automatically filled in from our
Web server. For your protection we do not store your credit card
information in our system, and you will need to re-enter it each time you
order.
